Big fan of hearts and poetry! ☺️ In class, I offer a lot of encouragement for introspection. I acknowledge God’s presence and encourage students to invite our Lord into our hearts to see if there is any type of cleansing that needs to take place. Our hearts are so miraculous. Their need is to give and receive love. Yoga postures provide an opportunity to get deeper within…not only our physical self, but with our spirit, soul, mind, will, imagination, and our heart.

1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (ESV): “Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.”
